About the Author
I am Mousa Al Amri, a Dubai Courts licensed notary public and legal consultant based in Deira, Dubai. I founded Mousa Al Amri Advocates & Legal Consultants & Private Notary Services in 1997 (nearly three decades ago) and have since served thousands of clients from across the UAE and internationally.
My practice specialises in personal notarization services: powers of attorney, certificate attestation, MOFA attestation, affidavits, wills, and immigration documents. I work primarily with Dubai's large expat community: Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, Egyptian, and European residents who need reliable, fast notarization without the confusion of navigating UAE legal procedures alone.
Our office is at Al Reem Tower on Al Maktoum Road, Deira, close to Dubai Courts and accessible by metro. We are open Saturday through Thursday. I believe the best notary service is one that explains clearly, acts quickly, and charges fairly.
