WhatsApp About Your Share TransferWhich Side of the Transfer Are You On?
A share transfer has two signing sides. Here is what each person does.
I'm selling my shares
You are the shareholder giving up part or all of your stake. Your signature before the notary is what makes the transfer on your side count.
- ✓Check that the other partners have been offered the shares first, or have waived that right in writing
- ✓Check that the company's MOA allows the transfer
- ✓Bring your ID copies, mobile and email, plus the company documents listed below
- ✓Sign the agreement in person before the notary
I'm receiving shares
You are the buyer, or an existing partner taking a larger share. You sign the same agreement as the seller, confirming you accept the shares on the agreed terms.
- ✓Read the agreement before the appointment: price, payment terms and the share percentage
- ✓Bring your ID copies, mobile and email
- ✓Have the proof of payment of the share price ready if the agreement requires it
- ✓Sign the agreement in person before the notary

How It Works
Send Us the Documents
WhatsApp us the company documents and the draft agreement, or ask us to draft it. We review them and send you a quote.
Both Sides Sign Before the Notary
The seller and the buyer sign the share transfer agreement in front of the notary. Each signing party confirms with the OTP sent to their mobile and email.
Receive the Notarized Agreement
You receive the notarized share transfer agreement. The company then uses it to update its trade license and records.
Price
Quoted after document review. Send us your documents on WhatsApp for a quote.
Handling This for the Company?
If you are managing the transfer on behalf of the company, including partner notices and the trade license amendment, see our corporate notary site.
Company Share TransfersShare Transfer FAQ
Do both the seller and the buyer need to attend?+
Both parties sign the agreement before the notary. If one party cannot attend, a Power of Attorney for the share transfer can allow an authorized representative to sign on their behalf. Whether that works for your case depends on the documents, so WhatsApp us and we will tell you.
How much does share transfer notarization cost?+
Share transfer work is quoted after document review. Send us the company documents and the draft agreement on WhatsApp and we will reply with a quote for your case.
How long does a share transfer take?+
With documents in order, the full process, including notarization and the company's filing for the amended trade license, typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Missing documents or partner approvals add time.
What should I bring to the appointment?+
Each signing party brings a copy of their passport and Emirates ID, plus a mobile number and email address for the Dubai Courts OTP. The company documents (MOA, resolution, trade license copy, the agreement and proof of payment) should be ready as well.
Can you draft the share transfer agreement?+
Yes. We prepare share transfer agreements in Arabic and English. Where shares are being sold, we can also prepare a share sale and purchase agreement covering price, payment terms and warranties.
