Verification & Certified Copy Made
We produce an accurate copy and our licensed notary certifies it as a true and faithful reproduction of the original. The certification includes our official stamp, signature, and the date.
MOFA Attestation (If Required)
For documents intended for overseas use (embassies, foreign courts, international institutions), we arrange UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs attestation on your behalf.

Certified True Copy vs. Simple Photocopy
A simple photocopy or scan carries no legal weight. Any institution receiving it has no way to verify it matches the original; they only have your word. A certified true copy adds the notary's official stamp, signature, and legal declaration that the copy was compared against the original and found to be accurate.
For banking, immigration, attestation chains, employment verification, and court submissions, institutions in the UAE and internationally require the certified version, not a plain photocopy. Submitting an uncertified copy will result in the application or submission being returned.

It is commonly required for UAE visa applications, banking due diligence, professional licence applications, and international attestation chains.
Is a certified true copy the same as a notarized copy?
Yes, these terms are used interchangeably in Dubai. A notarized true copy and a certified true copy both refer to a copy authenticated by a licensed notary. The document carries the notary's official seal, signature, and date, making it legally recognized by UAE authorities and many international institutions.
Can I get a true copy without the original document?
No. The original document must be presented to the notary at the time of certification. This is required so the notary can verify the copy matches the original in every detail. We cannot certify a copy from another copy, a scan, or a photograph. Please bring your original document to our Deira office.
How long does true copy attestation take?
In most cases, we can produce a certified true copy the same day (often within the hour) when you bring your original to our Deira office. If MOFA attestation is also required for overseas use, allow an additional 1–3 working days for the standard MOFA process, or same-day for MOFA express.
How many certified copies can I get at one time?
You can request multiple certified true copies of the same document in one visit. Each copy receives its own notary stamp and certification. Many clients request 3–5 copies of important documents, for example, degree certificates needed by multiple institutions or banks.
Do I need MOFA attestation for my certified true copy?
It depends on where the document will be used. For use within the UAE by local banks, employers, or government bodies, MOFA attestation is typically not required. For submission to an overseas embassy, a foreign government institution, or an international court, MOFA attestation is generally required. We advise you on this at the time of your visit.
