Single-Status Declaration in Dubai
A sworn statement that you are single, signed before a licensed notary, for when an authority or embassy asks for proof before you marry. From AED 550, Dubai Courts fees included, ready in 24–48 hours.
Which Document Do You Actually Need?
“Single status”, “civil status” and “singleness certificate” can mean two different documents.
Notarized Single-Status Declaration
Your own sworn statement that you are single, signed before our notary. This is what we do.
Certificate From Your Embassy or a Government Authority
A certificate issued by your own embassy or a government authority. We do not issue these.
Some countries and authorities accept a notarized declaration, and some require their own certificate. Check with the authority that asked for it before you come. If they need it in Arabic or English, we offer legal translation from AED 70 per page.
