Can I really get documents notarized on the same day in Dubai?+
For most standard documents, same-day notarization may be possible if you visit our Deira office in the morning (before noon for best results), subject to document readiness and capacity on the day. Share your document with us the night before or morning of to confirm it is eligible and to prepare the correct format.
What documents can be notarized same-day?+
Power of attorney, affidavits, statutory declarations, true copies, sponsorship letters, NOCs, and personal declarations can typically be handled same-day. Documents requiring drafting from scratch, Arabic translation, or multi-party coordination may need 1–2 days.
Do I need an appointment for same-day notarization?+
Walk-ins are welcome. However, sharing your document with us in advance ensures we have it prepared and ready when you arrive, making the process faster for you.
Is same-day service available for POA notarization?+
Often yes. A Power of Attorney runs through Dubai Courts in stages — we prepare and translate the draft, you review and approve it, and we then schedule the session where both parties sign digitally using an OTP from Dubai Courts. Where your documents are complete and both parties are available, that is done within 24 hours. Drafting from scratch, Arabic translation, or coordinating several signatories can push it to 48 hours.
